"PB GUID Unk"

My dedicated server has been acting horribly since adding/executing TWL's pbsv.cfg this past weekend.
The TWL PB & TWL tdm.cfg worked flawlessly, even kicking for some minor CVAR's at first. The match ran smoothly. The dedicated .cfg I run always runs without error, on the "stock" (?) PB that I never played with/messed with.
I then executed my original .cfg, but it kicks everyone for "PB GUID unk", although I can play on any other server, and see that I have generated a GUID on their server.

I then deleted the TWL pbsv.cfg, thinking that the server would revert to the original setup, then noticing the defficiency (kicking everyone stating GUID unk - I normally get a steady stream of players 24/7) I researched a little and found that I don't have the "default" pbsv.cfg in my server's PB folder. But I don't recall deleting it when throwing the TWL .cfg in there.

Checking the PB logs shows the server sending PB master server requests and successfully receiving the required info every 20 mins.
When players connect, a GUID will be generated followed by (UNKN), and the player (slot) is kicked.

What have I done wrong, and what do I do to restore?

If I am not clear enough, or screenies would be more helpful - I will more than happily provide. Please forgive my lack of descriptive power or organization!
Thanks so much for any info.

OK thanks, Old Dog. I did like you suggested.
I copied a pbsv.cfg off of PunksBusted (their recommended .cfg for CoD), adjusted the SS requests, and threw it into my PB folder.
Seems to be running now.

Another Q:
Seems like CVAR checks weren't in my PB to begin with. Is that new, or did I not have something enabled?
