I think that those who buy BO2 on PC are in for a surprise when it comes to the graphics. I know the released trailers and even some screenshots arent exactly ground breaking but on paper Treyarch have really upped the game. We'll know soon enough!

You could say much the same about the Cryengine.
I'd take CryEngine over Frostbite for a CoD style game any day. I find Cryengine feels more like a CoD engine when you have the hardware. Frostbite feel a bit sluggish and has some issue with environment collision, hit detection etc.

Will be interesting to see what Warface does with CryEngine 3.

I just watched the video on the frontpage that Maydax posted up and I have to say that having not followed this WarFace as closely as I have has been a mistake on my part. The game does look very good indeed and the engine is proven and really delivers as well.

I watched a video interview with the dev's. One of the many things I found interesting was why it's F2P. It's being made in Russia and he said that in his home market people don't buy games so what's the point of trying to sell one. Only to be bitching about piracy... Give the game away for free and support it with micro transactions. As this would be the only real way of getting money out of the consumer. I guess he knows his home market, it's not too different in the rest of the world. My only concern would be if it was pay to win...

Blops2 PC footage.

Graphically average for what it is IMO, the leading gaming franchise in the world. I was actually expecting more after reading about their DX11 implementations. There's F2P shooters out there that have comparable graphics, comparing it to BF3 is not even fair when BC2, a game that's going to be 3 years old in march still looks better. I wouldn't be surprised to find out Activision licensed Unreal 4 to use for next gen consoles.
