BRINK: Spawn Menu Issue

Ok I am having an issue with the spawn menu. I cannot seem to close the menu no matter what I do. I have tried re-binding the menu key, hammering the keyboard with my fists but nothing works. Getting rather pissed off with this issue and I cant find anyone else with this issue. Has anyone else experienced it? Usually the menu key is 'l' and no the ESC key does nothing as well.

I'm sorry for my english, i'm french (i know it's not very popular by this time)

By the way, i got the same prob, no way to fix it by myself, i tried screen adjustements, attempts to the .ini&cfg files, remap keyboard, fuc*** fist on the desk/screen/mouse/keyboard

Nothing change

So, i can't play online, because this fuc*** key is missing.

If i found some help i let you know, i hope you will reply it by your way you can resolve this fuc*** bast**** mess

I no longer have the issue. Not sure how it was fixed but if I press ESC I can now get out of the menu.
